Job Duties: The Town Administrator is the chief administrative officer of the Town and is appointed by the Town Board. The primary responsibilities of the Town Administrator are to carry out the directives of the Town Board and manage the day-to-day operations of Town government. The Administrator strives to make Town government efficient, effective and responsible.
Biography: Cynthia was appointed as Buchanan's Treasurer/Deputy Clerk by the Town Board in November 2013. Cynthia was later promoted and appointed to the combined position of Clerk - Treasurer on November 15, 2016. Cynthia works approximately 32 hours per week on a rotating weekly schedule.
Job Duties: The Clerk -Treasurer oversees the Town's finances in compliance with state statutes, including the day-to-day accounting of Town expenditures and revenues. This position also performs duties related to the issuance of licenses, permits, elections and official record keeping.

Biography: Patty began her tenure with the Town of Buchanan in January 2003. Patty works approximately 20 hours per week on a rotating schedule, Monday thru Thursday.
Job Duties: The Administrative Assistant provides general office assistance to town staff members and town officials. This position also serves as a point of contact for residents, developers, businesses, and other governmental units which may have questions or concerns regarding the Town of Buchanan.
