The Town of Buchanan has adopted its own zoning code and municipal code. The Town Board recently approved an ordinace updating the municipal code on August 17, 2010. Staff will be continuing to update this page with chapters of the new code.

Outagamie County is responsible for regulating shorelands and floodplains in the Town of Buchanan. Residents must contact County officials to discuss issues specific to their property. The Outagamie County Zoning Department can be reached at (920) 832-5255.
