New Homeowners - Lottery Credit Application Available

You must complete the application form in order to receive the credit. Forms are available at the Town Hall and the Department of Revenue's website Form #LC-110 at www.dor.state.wi.us. If you have received the credit in past years and have not moved from the home, you do not need to reapply. The credit will be automatically added to your tax bill.

Town Treasurer Transition from Elected to Appointed
The Town of Buchanan will be working to transition the position of Town Treasurer from an elected position to an appointed position. The change is based on a recommendation from a Human Resource & Organizational Study completed in 2009 as well as the decision of the current Town Treasurer, Sherri Berg, to not seek another term as Town Treasurer. Sherri has done a great job as Treasurer and served the Town for over 10 years, we thank her for her years of service.
