Human Resource and Organizational Study, August 2009

During 2009 the Town of Buchanan worked with a consultant on the completion of a human resource and organizational study.  This study provides extensive background of the services provided by the Town as well as recommendations for the future.  The study includes a review of organizational structure, salaries and benefits, employee job descriptions and in-depth review of law enforcement, public works and fire services.  The Town Board was presented the study in July 2009 and will continue to review study recommendations.
