Notice of Public Hearing
The Board of Adjustment of the Town of Buchanan has received an application for a Variance to
Sec. 525-33 Lots and Yards and Sec. 525-27 CL Local Commercial District. Applicant RMA
Architects, Inc. – Tim Maertz is requesting, for owners Fox Cities Bank, Eisenhower
Investments, LLC and Oasis Family Holding, LLC., the variance for Parcel ID number 030
051802, CSM 3603 PRT LOT 1.
A public hearing on this request will be held by the Town of Buchanan Board of Adjustment on
Monday, December 11th, at 6:30 p.m. at the Buchanan Town Hall. Additional information on
this request is available for inspection at the Town of Buchanan Town Hall, N178 County Road
N, Appleton, WI 54915.
